This is the absolute worst rental company I have ever encountered in my life!  Unprofessional, unorganized, illegal practices and false promises made.  They should be out of business!

I rental a home from this company last year.  I picked the home out and was promised this home would be rehabbed and brought up to code before I moved in.  I watched the progress of the home, but it wasn't until after I moved in that I realized that the repairs were "cosmetic" at best.  The first rain we had after I moved in it not only rained outside, but inside - from the upstairs through to the downstairs!  I have pictures to prove it!

Calls to this company proved to be futile.  I contacted them time and time again, and received false promises that they would be fixed.  I even withheld rent and went before a judge and told them of the problems.  The judge even ordered them to make the repairs!  They were never made!  I have emails, pictures, and all sorts of evidence to this effect.

After months of searching, I finally moved out.  I called and sent an email that I had moved, and the lights would be turned off.  Several days after moving, I drove by the house and noticed they hadn't even turn the lights on.  With these freezing temperatures, I wouldn't be surprised if pipes have bursted. 

Do not, I repeat, do not deal with this company.  They are out for money - period.  They will not address issues with the property - they just want money every month.
