ASPCA Pet Insurance Hartville Group Inc. NOT Worth the MONEY Canton, Ohio

ASPCA Pet Insurance is a fraud. It does not cover ongoing conditions, nor does it cover medicines associated to the condition. Additionally when your pet becomes older they may cancel your insurance, refuse to allow you to buy increased coverage. ASPCA only prevents the care of animals and the prevents the paying of claims. I have had insurance with them for 7 years which I pay $54. per month. Now that she is truly sick with a life threatening illness, Insurance company says, Sorry we won't cover that. Mollie was diagnosed with a Mitral Heart Valve problem 2 years ago, however, no treatment or medicines were necessary. Since she was diagnosed with the heart problem 2 years ago, now that she has Congestive Heart Failure and Chronic Bronchitis ASPCA will not cover it. She has never been diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure nor Chronic Bronchitis before. She once had a blood test that showed elevated levels in her liver, due to the fact that she has thyroid. Since she had elevated liver levels they will never cover another blood test no matter what the reason. She does not have a liver problem nor was she ever treated for one. Mollie also tore her cruciate ligament on one leg, they did pay for that surgery, however, if it happens to the other knee there is NO coverage. She has FOUR legs. This is the cruelest Pet Insurance, it is a throw away policy, you can only use it once but you have to keep paying forever. The money I paid in during that 2 year period could have covered the expenses I have recently incurred, over $2000. I am a senior on a fixed income, every penny is precious, these guys just laugh all the way to the bank.
