Aspen turf (jag sandher) Turf and install Surrey British columbia

Jag came in and measured the area saying he was going to install the turf and glue it down. Sent me an invoice we agreed and work was to be completed by the time our grand opening on June 2nd 2018 . Jag Brought in the turf and did not glue any of it down along with missing a section which he said was going to a scrap piece he would get from his other jobsite. We were going to get this piece for free so there was a wait.

6 months passed with no contact from jag. Finally he answered our calls. He then said he was coming in to finish the install. Jag came in did some quick measurements which should have already been done with not further install. He sent us an invoice for the remaining work,and we agreed just to get him in and finish the job. He came in with the promise to fix the remaining turf.

After he was finished I went in to see the work he did, all he did was add a few pieces of velcro to stabilize the turf peice he added charging me just over $900. The job is a joke and he wont fix it. I tried to not pay the 900 but he put a lien on our company and with the threat of eviction we paid. Now he wont fix the mess he made and he got his money. As a business owner I would exercise extreme caution if you decide to use this unproffesional company.
