We were contacted to do weekly lawn care for this company.  Within a week we were told to go inside the property and vaccum, mop, dust and clean the foreclosed property.  Our response was that the properties are vacant, no utilities or running water.  Then we were told to perform initial cleanings of vacant properties.....all at the same price for mowing the lawn.  Then they told us to leave an air freshener in each vacant property.  We explained that we are a lawn maintenance company...we do not carry a vacuum cleaner, water tanks or generators on our trailer.  So we parted ways and then they tried to stiff us on payments.  They wanted to deduct fees from us for things that we were not responsible for and was not included in the contract. 

Before it was all over we sent emails to the President and COO of the company.  No one responded.  They would not respond to emails or phone calls.

If you work for this company, be sure to document, with photos, everything that you do.  They will lie to you, cheat you and you will end up in the red after working with them.  Ask a lot of questions and get EVERYTHING in writing.  No one can answer your questions and you will never get the same answer twice.
