I'm a recently terminated employee and I want to say that my experience was one of constant stress to keep my job, harassment, and humiliation. On a day to day basis I was repeatedly singled out, screamed at and humiliated in front of the entire office by Scott the manager at the location. I have never worked somewhere where I've been treated like this. An example would be that everyone around me would be talking and having noticeable conversation but if I spoke to anyone I would be repramended and blamed for everyone talking when I talked the least and was considered quiet even by workmates. Another is when I would make even the slightest mistake I would be screamed at and belittled infront of the entire office, while another employee would be treated calmly and with respect. When i would try to communicate my issues with Scott he would immediately go into trying to intimidate me, scream, and threaten to fire me. I have never raised my voice or cursed at him once. He did it to me on almost a daily basis for most of my employment. I was treated like a lepor and feel I was discrimated against.

As far as my sales, I was one of the best there to the point of them having me train people while only having worked there a few weeks. I would interestingly pull the highest amount of sales in a day or a week but would consistently have the lowest dollar amount on the board for those sales. I am convinced I was discriminated against here as well and that many times my dollar amount was fabricated so that I could more easily be fired. And I was consequently when Scott came up to me, threw a check at me and told me I was being let go. Kicked to the curb, done with no sense of empathy or care of what I now I had to go home and tell the people in my life. Lastly, i only know so much about these ink/ toner cartridges due to my short time working here, but for the potential customers out there, I was repeatedly told by pre-existing customers on the phone that not only did the product not work but it totally broke their machines and they had to buy new ones. That's coming from former customers, not from myself. With that info in mind i would stay away from buying their products, or working here unless you want to risk being discriminated against and purposely sabotoged as a product. After researching the legal definition of harassment at work in the court of law I am finding that what was done to me was in fact harassment and am considering the possibility of legal action.
