Assured Towing towed mine and my bf's car illegaly Austin Texas

me and my bf bring residence of an apartment complex both got our cars towed on oct 24, 2008. paying over $160 each to get our cars back was outrageous. i have called and called this company and they have put me on hold for 30 mins everytime. spoke to the manager of the towing company out here in san antonio tx, he was very rude and not professional.

telling me and my bf that they do not have to refund us our money. they broke the contract they had with our apartment complex. and they said they had every right to tow our cars. both cars where not parked in a tow away are on handicap we parked legal and the apartment complex even agrees. i will be taking legal action with this company! they cant be doing this. its illegal
