Astro Gaming Purchased Headphones from company that includes the time in transit towards the 30 day return policy Internet

I purchased Astro A40 wired headset as a gift but my nephewant eyed a wireless headset so we purchased another headset I went to request a return and the customer service rep said I was over my 30 days and I couldnt return it. It was over 30 days since I ordered it but less than 30 days than I actually received it which is standard policy for all online business. This says so much for a business let alone a manufacture of a product that they have so little faith in the quality of the product the sell that they can't even give you 30 days with that product or that there sales are so bad that they refuse returns on products just to gin up sales. I tell you this beware of this company do not purchase anything from this corporation I haven't even used them so know nothing of the quality of the product but this experience tells me all I need about the quality of the product they sell and so should you as well.

Blame the customer

This is the sad state of affairs of online scam merchants. Amazon counts the 30 days after the product is delivered this is how legitimate businesses operate anyone who says different runs a company that has to gin up sales by blaming the customer for not paying extra for non-refundable overpriced shipping options. This is one thing for a online business ran out of a garage by conartists but entirely unacceptable by the actual manufacture of the product. It's a thousand times worse for such a business to operate and consider themselves legitimate business. stay away from astro gaming products they do not stand by their products which is obvious by the way they treat their now forever former customers.

 Unfortunatly the state of internet business tends to follow the trend of the physical stores. Im 100% sure you went for the free delivery. Free doesnt mean prompt. When you click on free, you are telling that business that the purchase you made is not a time sesative issue. Now cheap is cheap and in this instance you got what you paid for. It also means that your "deadline" for a return will be a week or two simply because of the time it takes to deliver a FREE package. Now had you used overnight or two day you more then likely would have had plenty of time to return your product. Im 100% sure that when you called them up they also offered you a chance to pay to send them back so that your headphones would be back in time. But im also sure you declined that. How do I know all of this?? Because you would be just like 80% of any consumer. You want your cake and to eat it too. Unfortunatly you get what you pay for. You didnt pay for express shipping and it cost you. Im sorry you have to deal with this, but next time use the paid shipping.
