I purchases my Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 (AT&T), Black (P907A) to be a productivity device for me. The purchase was made in July/Aug 2015 and I included the Asurion Insurance (Mobile Protection Pack for Business: $11.99).

The AT&T rep COSME, JESSE L [jc792q@att.com] assured me that if anything should happen to my tablet, it would be replace with a comparable (in value and function) tablet if mine was not available anymore.

My tablet fell on the floor on 8/29/16 and the screen broke. I tried to file a claim in 8/31/2018 but was told that the tablet was on back order and not available at this time. I was also told that the case would stay open.

As soon as a tablet was available comparable in value and function (with Pen to markup Schematics and Building Plans), I would get a replacement. Over the past 2 years, only Verizon but not AT&T carried Samsung Tablets that included a Stylus.

I need this function to write and draw on schematics for work. Now AT&T finally started caring a comparable tablet. I filed my claim and no they are trying to give me an inferior device instead of the current comparable tablet.

I payed the $899 for the tablet as well as keep the contract and incurance payment up to date even without having the benefit of using the tablet over the past 2 years.
