This company ATBS was highly recommend by a sirius satellite radio trucking show so I put my faith in them which was a huge mistake. Before I became a client they would call constantly to get me signed up but once I signed up we never heard another word. No return phone calls or emsils. No one told me they would destroy my receipts and papers I sent in to them for my 2017 taxes and 2018 quarterly taxes. They are gone.
They said my fuel receipts wouldn't scan so my correct fuel usage wasn't shown. No one contacted me about this. They just destroyed my receipts and moved on. So instead of thousands of dollars per month for fuel I'm showing zero to 300.00$. As an owner operator I am now screwed with the IRS. Also I was told I had paid in full for my tax preparation but now that I've cancelled my services I suddenly owe 200.00 more dollars and hAve to pay up before they release my tax return.
I can't even describe how upset and distressed I am over this. I've been lied to,misinformed, ripped off and cheated by ATBS. A company that's supposed to represent truckers.
