ATG ATG Stores I purchased a hradware door that I receive after almost three months and also incompleted. The customer service never gave me an acurate answer saying that is responsability of the manufacturer. kirkland, Internet

A hardware door was purchased in July via Internet and after almost three months and several phone calls I received. I tried to cancel the order but they do not take it back.
The product was received with a missing part and when I called to returned they said that they need to ask the manufacturer. The just do not want to reimburse.
