It's simple really. I hired ATL Contracting to build foundation piers for a homesite and paid $10,000. I also paid and additional $16,000 for framing materials that never arrived. In the first month, the contractor staked out half the homesite and built 34 boxes where piers would be in the ground. There should be a total of 60. After questioning he never returned. The contractor gave 6 months of excuses of why he did not return to work and why supplies were never ordered. He now claims he does not have the money to complete the job.

This old schoolmate of mine is being very misleading and not telling the truth. We did more than what’s described in this statement. We did a full rehab and started a whole house build , starting with bringing in Bob cats, back hoes, etc. grading land and digging a large amount of foundation holes. This lady has been address by my attorney to stop telling lies on my business but still does it on every reviewable site. We are building a case now and should hopefully have these false reviews down. 26k of 75k plus contract plus was paid , but had well over that amount of work done. The client decided to go on Facebook and tell people false thing about the company and thinking this would speed up things,or make up run to her begging. After trying to talk to her, and requesting she remove it, she decides to go more on social medial , and telling more lies on our company. We simply got our attorney at that point to stop the post and then write letters to her. We have pics and text to prove we did every thing we said. Email me if needed . Thanks
