RUN don't walk away from this dealership.  Here are just SOME of the many reasons to avoid this dealership:

 

1)Nearly every car here has been painted, and poorly at that, they use off brand paint and only pay the vendors that do the work around $80 to fix paint so you can imagine the level of detail that goes into it.

 

2)Most of the cars and ESPECIALLY the trucks are from  New York/NJ or Canada.  The trucks are usually rusted so bad they have to paint them to hide the rust.

 

3)They will encourage you to finance with them, then send your credit to 7-8 banks(damaging your credit score) and mark the interest rate up that you qualify for by up to 2.5% and they will also include Gap insurance and a portion of their worthless extended warranty in the cost of your montly payment when they present it to you, which is quite illegal.

 

4) Seven Hundred and twenty nine dollars($729) in fees for georgia customers  NINE HUNDRED for out of state customers and they go out of their way to avoid disclosing these until after you've already agreed to buy the car or driven hours to get there.

 

5)  Most of the cars have issues and the ownership will not authorize any repairs unless it is written up on a "We owe" form and then they charge the sales person for the repairs so most sales people will go out of their way to avoid disclosing any issues until it's too late.  Even if they promise repairs on a 'We Owe' it often takes weeks to get an appointment scheduled and even then they try to use off brand parts.

 

6)  Managers at this store appear to be visibly under the affects of mind altering substances or Alcohol even during business hours.  This is well known and a bit of a running joke and no one in charge seems to mind.

 

7)  Even if the car you are interested in has a clean carfax it may have a poor autocheck score or have been in accidents that were unreported to police or insurance.  If after reading all this have it inspected by a VERY thorough mechanic you trust.  

 

8)They do not do any service or maintenance whatsoever on cars under $10,000 essentially they wash them and put a sticker on them, and if you buy a lemon the response is 'well, it's your fault for buying such a cheap car in the first place. '
