Bella,  from Covina, California I received a call on March 26, 2015 from a Marie Davies. She replied with a stern voice informing there's a claim against me. She informs me with a message that i need to give her my correct information regarding my residents, my place of employment and a return call so they process a claim. She says,. the law allows her to call my references. So the following day i spoke to them and I asked who they were? They were Atlantic Consumer Report. I asked them if they were debt collector and didnt give me a clear answer. Just stated a company called Atlantic Consumer Report. I asked who were they collecting the debt from. A Company or payday loan called GTI Holdings. I told them i have an attonery and they will be talking to them. My attonery did call them and they couldn't provide them any information. He asked if they had a fax machine so he cant send some info. No fax machine in office. The lawyer states, it might be an illegimate company who's trying to get money from consumer.Yes! once i owed but I'm repaying them back from my consolidated program i'm in now! sucessfully paying it back
