 As like ANY apartment complex the staff will always be nice when you are looking to rent. 

This place does the same. Until you move in! Look on line! They have NUMEROUS complains rebuttled by their wise a*s uneducated shady staff not claiming responsibility for ANYTHING because they are SCAM ARTISTS.

You can never ask for anything because if you do you will be considered a neusense and they will not renew your lease. This goes for complaining about LEGITIMATE things and calling the corporate office! Forget it! Call the corporate office and expect your things to be thrown on the street.

I have seen them MAKE UP FALSE reasons for EVICTIONS and SMALL CLAIMS against tenants. They will literally make things up and look at you dead in the face either saying "prove it that im lying" or "we dont wish to discuss this with you contact our attorney".

In addition MARK is part of a prostituition ring that is being run out of 2 of the apartments as well as the drug deals that go on late at night! In fact the FBI had a huge sting opp on one of the apartments last year.

Why dont they get in trouble?? becasue they are PROS AT DENYING DENYING DENYING!!!!

I hope this place goes down and they ARE ALL EXPOSED!!!!
