Atlantic.... internet loan through fox enterprises I didn't recieve Internet

 I received a phone call from a lady stating she had documents to deliver and needed my address. Upon telling her I did not know what she was talking about I was transferred to another person named derrick with Atlantic. He said Fox Enterprises had given me an online loan and the bank account that the loan was supposed to be paid back through had closed the account. The issue is.. I have never had an account with the bank listed. I have called the bank and there is no information on me what so ever. Atlantic (derrick) has been very rude to me for several days, calling at my place of employment and my personal phone (which neither are listed numbers so don't know how he got that info). Fox enterprises doesn't seem to exist anymore and Atlantic says I will be taken to court if I don't pay. Will not give me any addresses or send me documents. Said he didn't have to mail them to me, that the "locator" will hand deliver them.
