He uses a variety of name variations and expired unregistered businesses to purposefully avoid accountability of his business past.

In the end, after your irrevocable letter of instruction is in place his investment won't materialize, due to needed last minute corrections. He will avoid your calls until your stock is free trading then - boom. He will send in instructions to. the transfer agent to get his free shares. IF you can't afford a law suit, you are finished.
