The allegations made by this writer are categorically false through the simple fact that we have no customer account (past or present) in our database that matches the name, the location or the terms described. We cannot accurately identify the author of this complaint as a customer, a disgruntled former employee or as any other specific party and do not know why this writer has chosen to attack our company in this way. Furthermore, the posts contained on this site as confirmed by Rip-off Reports own Legal Disclaimer receives no factual verification and no substantiation of what the truth may really be. ATM Network has been in business for 15 years and has served over 10,000 customers during that time. Whatever the motivation behind this posting, you can be assured that ATM Network did not reach these milestones of success through the practices alleged by this writer. I have been working with ATM Network since 2006. I had never owned an ATM and was completely new to the industry, but I was given an opportunity that blossomed into a very profitable side job for me. I have been working with the same account manager since 2006 and I really could not have grown as quickly without the help of my account manager. She trained me, kicked me leads from time to time and provided me with daily assistance that really helped me gain my confidence to attain additional sites and speak like I actually knew what I wasdoing. There is a cost to doing business with ATMs, but personally felt like they were right in line with some of the other company's I looked at prior tomy processing agreement renewing.I have never felt misled or given half truths. I asked good questions and I got back honest answers.I'm truly happy with my relationship with ATM Network andjust wanted to state for the record that I disagree with your assessment.
