atm world corporation is a company that sells you atms and splits the profit with you. based on foot traffic, the more people that use the atm the more money you and the company makes.

they charge incredibly high surcharges for using the atm and rip off the customer that bought the atm. if they say they will pay you, dont expect a pay check anytime soon. rarely are the paychecks correct and it takes months on top of months to actually get your money.

i purchased an atm through this company because i heard it was an easy way to make some quick cash for my shop. i called and spoke with a salesman and they told me they would have their boss come check out my location and see how much traffic i got.

once someone showed up they took pictures of my store and then said they would call me with leasing options and pricing if they chose to put an atm there. weeks later i finally called the sales rep back and she claimed her boss had not spoken to her about my company yet and was still waiting to hear back.

a few more days went by and i finally called the head of the company myself. he finally called me back saying i was OKed for the atm and i needed to send a payment in order for it to be installed. i sent 2,000$ to this company and was told my atm would be installed the next day.

i kid you not, it never got installed. finally after weeks and weeks of dealing with some terrible people at that company a man came and installed my atm. he made a huge mess, didnt pick up after himself and left the atm off and not programmed.

i then had to call again to have someone come and program the atm and get the bank their bank there to load my machine. this took another 2 weeks for someone to come. when i called the service department they claimed the tech would be there that day. tech never showed up. each day i called and they never came.

i then spoke with the head of the company again very upset and said i wanted the atm taken out and my money back. this is when someone finally came and loaded the machine with money and got the atm working.

weeks went by without a problem and i was making some good ground. averaging about 40 transactions a day. i set my surcharge to 1.50 and was told i would get half of the surcharge amount at the end of each month. the first month goes by and i never receive a check.

i called to ask when i would be getting it and i got a very unpleasant man saying he doesnt handle the checks the bookkeeper does and he would transfer me. she never answered her phone of course and i never got a call back. a few days passed and i still hadnt received it. i finally called again and got the same type of response. finally after more calling and complaining she picked up her phone and said my check was in the mail.

i did finally receive my check a week later. it was not made out to the correct amount. i was not getting paid what i should have been and i bet you can guess how long before i got the correct check in the mail. almost another month.

my atm stopped working one day and it took 6 days for a tech to come out and fix it. when he did finally come he took the screen out and left and never came back. i called the next day and asked why my machine had no screen and was told it needed to be replaced but they didnt have any in stock.

a week goes by and i never got a screen. this is when i finally had it. i called that company in a mild manner and kindly asked them to send someone right away or else i was taking the machine out. finally someone came.

one week later an armored truck came and took the money out of my atm and left. i called to ask why and was told they were taking the atm out of my store. after many times of calling the boss abe ayesh to ask why they were taking my atm i never got a response. this is when i had enough and looked further into the company.

this company rips people off. they have poor customer service. they are based out of a tiny building with about 15 people working in the office. they are family based and most of them are from yemen. they are rude, careless and do not care about their customers.

i took the atm out of my store and placed it on the sidewalk for them to take. i also called and told them they owed me over 1,000$ in surcharge cuts that i never received. i still to this day have not gotten that check. i am not filing a lawsuit against them.

do not, i repeat do not buy from this company. do not think you will make a lot of money and do not get one of their atms. they are terrible, sick and angry people. they do not care about you.
