AT&T did not operate properly (resetting of boxes for TV, and an wireless connection that was not broadcasting after 21/2 hours on tech support with my favorite area in T's network the Phillipines. My advice if you end up in the Phillipines hang up and redial.

After fixing our problem we were actually stealing our neighbors 2WIRE system for the first moneth of service. In other words I did not have access to my own service- yet they feel justified in cahrging for a service that was not available to use.

I tried to cancel on 3 occasions so frustrated by the enormous waits on their lines- if you ask for a supervisor-(becasue the different services -while bundled- do not act as one service they cannot access each others records

On May 3rd after complaining abotu the cell time I have paid for on hold I had a tech person transfer me to sales person while they argued for nigh on 5 minutes if the sales person had to give his personal ID code to got the tech person to enter into his system- it was almost comical- they don't even know their own procedures. The sales person was certain he could not give his ID "with a customer on the line" and the tech person said the office number was not enough for his system.

I finally said I will hang up call me back when you two hav eit worked out. No call, I called back asked to speak to a supervisor (May 3rd check the calls approcx 2-3pm PST) I held for 35 to get through tthe voice tree, then another 45 for thte "supervisor who was going to be "right with me"- then I was dropped. Apparently no one can make an out bound call.

I have requested 2 times someone look ove rhte repair issues and then tried to down grade the service, I was sent to do it online- which is impossible to downgrade for a U200-100 on line because the DVR needs to comem back- Something I had not asked for and did not want- but was told "it came with the package so I had to take it" (BTW no one is trained nor knows WTF they are talking about)- they say anything to get simplify their order process- it turns out it is not necessary to take the DVR !

Called back and caneceled the account person on the phone sent me to retention who spun some BS story about what bocx I could have in what room of my own house! Turns out I am not allowed to move a box into my living room TV- go figure- HTF would they know where the Fing box was? It gets more bizarre!

I canceled in retention and the service was not cancelled- why because I passed the 30day trial- what a miserable experience the 30 day trial was

I have contacted the FCC and am placing a complaint on the non working services the mafia billing procedures the LSD like retention services

Then I am placing a lawsuit- all of you lets form a class action
