I was called by a sales man from AT&T Advertising solution for advertise with them in Yellow pages and search engine.

The rep told me that it is one year contract without try out period, I say "NO", I would not make one year commitment without trying. Then his manager called me again and made a lot sale pressure and promised me that I will get 30 guaranteed leads per month in my email for advertising through search engines, if some month we did not reach he 30 leads, we will do it next month for free. I thought if I can get 30 leads per month that is pretty good deal for $259.00 per month beside the first position in Yellow pages in my areas.

I sign up with them, the manager send me several pages contract, I thought AT&T is a big company, employee works for their salary, no reason lie to me, so I even did not read the contract, just signed and  email back.
 
It has been 3 month, no single lead I have received, I called the rep once after two weeks, He said someone still work on the search engine placement. I am keeping waiting, now I get phone call, and I was told the guy sell me the package already leave the company that is why nobody take care my account at all for 3 month. He told me that it was not  30 leads, it is 30 clicks. It is a joking! Why I spend $259.00/month for 30 clicks? What I was told that contract is contract, the AT&T could not back up what the sales people say, I have to read contract.

For 3 month, they have done nothing for my search engine part of the order,  I have not receive any email report, I have not receive any single lead, The only thing they have done is charging my credit card on time!

Well, he maybe right on this, but I write this report just want to tell people do not trust AT&T Advertising solution any more! If someone call you from AT&T, run away, as fast as possible.
