Their Customer Service is ABSOLUTELY terrible!  Everyone I talk to says they'll help me out, but they don't.  All they do is say I'll get back to you...they never do! No one has every called and asked how the service is even working.  They came up with their own keywords list, many of which don't pertain to our website.  I finally got a response when I mentioned that I had been considering changing our cell phone service to AT&T, nearly 30 lines, and be purchasing Iphones, all of a sudden I got a call back.  But the damage is done, their reputation is ruined for me.  I will never do business with them again!!!!!!

Be very very careful before considering doing business with this company, and if you're in Utah, watch out for the sales rep Chad Wall, he's a snake!  He will screw you in the end!!!!!!
