Attorney Recovery Systems Inc John C Alaimo Company sued me after i gave them business and they did not abide by their contract tarzana California

I HEREBY RETRACT MY STATEMENTS MADE ON 7/6/16 ABOUT ARS' ATTORNEY-JOSEPH P. GRAZIANO AS FOLLOWS:   I HAVE LEARNED THAT HE IS JUST AN EMPLOYEE OF ARS AND THAT HE HAS NEVER BEEN AN OFFICER AND/OR DIRECTOR OF ATTORNEY RECOVERY SYSTEMS, INC.   AS SUCH,  MY PREVIOUS STATEMENT THAT MR.GRAZIANO IS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY IS  NOT CORRECT.   IN ADDITION, WHILE  MY COMPANY DOES HAVE A DISPUTE WITH ARS I WAS APPARENTLY MISINFORMED ABOUT FOR MY PREVIOUS STATEMENT THAT MR. GRAZIANO IS A THIEF.    AS SUCH,  I APOLOGIZE TO MR. GRAZIANO FOR MY 7/6/16 STATEMENTS WHICH WERE MADE IN FRUSTRATION AT ARS.

FIRST OFF, California Law for contracts gives a 48 hour window to cancel, we cancelled services with Attorney Recovery Services because their method of collection was illegal and outright wrong. They threatened my customers and then started threatening my company who was going to give them business.

Read about all the bad reviews online, if i was the only one their would be only my bad reviews, Attorney Recovery Services has over 20 bad reviews online.

I sent them an email asking to cancell services and that their services is no longer needed. 2nd my customer still owes money and still has not paid the balance. Why do i need to pay Attorney Recovery when i have not even been paid from my customer.

Their attorney, has JOSEPH P. GRAZIANO, is a theif. You can read about him online as well and find multiple reviews on the man. Keep in mind all that read this online, JOSEPH P. GRAZIANO owns Attorney Recovery Systems.

I gave him the file in March, cancelled in March and got sued in June, 3 months later, they never communicated with me, never responded to my voicemail, never responded to my emails.  Then they consider themselves a business and he considers himself an attorney. Besides a theif he is nothing else.

I filed a complaint with BBB, Attorney General of California, Consumer Affairs, Bar of California, Ripoffreport, Google Reviews and i will continue with my complaints all the way to local media from KCAL9, CBS, NBCLA and more.

This company really needs to be heard of immediately. The public should know and companies that use their service should know.

CSI hired us to collect from their customer.   When we contacted their customer, customer stated they would make payments direct to CSI.    When we requested our fee from CSI per our contract terms, CSI refused to pay us forcing us to

file a lawsuit for our fees.   If anyone was "ripped off' it was us.
