Hired Attracta on 06-22-2013 to place 6 agreed keywords on page one in Google search engine. Paid $1790 for this service to be completed within 2 months after key words were agreed on and correctly placed in our website, or money back. It's been 4 1/2 months and still nothing. They tried billing me for more money, for no reason, then apologized. They wrote saying I canceled services; never did. To me, they're trying to postpone refunding money. About one month ago they called saying they can't place agreed words. They will not honor guarantee or respond to numerous emails. Contacted consumer fraud in Napa, CA ; they think I should file BBB complaint first; then they want to look into this; [ There's a difference between a misunderstanding and fraud; ] They're talking to district attorney's office about this. I see great reviews about them, unfortunately all from their website, or sites I think they created; all reviews off their site that I've seen, are negative, to be polite.
