I had a hard time trying to decide whether or not to buy from ATV discounters. I wish that I would have went with my instincts and not bought from them. They certainly have the best prices, but you always get what you pay for.

I bought a ZHen SC-52 scooter from ATV discounter. I purchased the scooter with rush delivery (which was suppose to gurantee me that it shipped within 3 days) It did not ship within three days as promised. In fact, I was continually given the run around about when it would ship, confirming my theory that they really have no control of what is going on. The unit did ship within 6 days and I was told that I would be refunded my $60 that I paid to have it rush delivery.

This is where my real frustration begins. I was promised that I would receive this refund and Doug "put it in the system." Well, this is some system that they have. It has been over three weeks and still no sign of my refund. I have sent Doug 12 e-mails regarding this situation. When he responds (which has only been a couple of times) he tells me that he is putting it back in the system.

In The midst of my frustration concerning this, I have had my scooter 2 and 1/2 weeks and have already had 2 warranty issues. 1st I had a bolt strip on the gear oil fill hole. I was told to put tape on it. 2nd, My ignition locked up. I was told that the only way that they could help me is if I send my ignition in, wait while they send it to another company and then I would receive a replacement. A process that I was told would take weeks. I have to admit that both Eddie and Andy in Parts and warranty are both really nice guys, but both told me that they deal with a high volume of customers who have been mistreated. Andy even snet an e-mail to Doug telling him that it was unacceptable for me not to receive my refund.

The bottem line is this. Pay me know or pay me later. If you buy from ATV Disounter you will get a cheap product that will cost you more in the long run. THeir warranty process is a joke and my guess it is to deter you from using it. They want to get your money and then not hear from you again. Buy at you own risk. I did not head the caution, boy I wish I would have!!!!
