Vehicle was purchased on 8-14-08, involving a trade in from Auction Direct. Attempted to pay first car note due on 09-25-08, was told that there were finance problems contact dealer. Dealer stated that there was a minor problem and it would be taken care of. My trade in which was a part of the contract was prepared to be sold and unpaid balance was paid to the bank and money applied to the loan as a down payment along with $800.00. On October 15th I told that the loan did not go though and to come to the dealership for other options.

Soon as I got there, with out knowledge my tages were removed and place on the vehicle that was to be traded in. I was told that too much time had lapsed durning financing to turn the vehicle back in, and I would receive back my $800.00 deposite. Durning the time the vehicle was in my possession, from the the first day I complained of a metallic squeaking noise from the engine. Day's later parts had to be replaced and I was forced to pay for labor.

The problem I'm having is;
#1 Auction Direct told me that they were doing a reversal on payment for the vehicle. I was told by another dealership that the bank was not going to reverse the payoff and that the vehicle belonged to Auction Direct.
#2 My original vehicle was paid off by Auction Direct, because of this, when I bought a new vehicle and tried to use my old vehicle as a trade in I couldn't because I don't have ownership anymore.

Unable to find a valid auto delear licence in the state, county or city records.

Celeste Daiagi is registered agent and listed as having ownership for the properety address for Florida Auto Auuction.  You can search owners for all property and active/inactive Department of State business records in Florida. Very interesting results.  Multiple businesses of verious types are or have used this address in filings with Florida Department of State.

Address is not a dealear lot.  No cars are there  See Google Maps for listed address of 2512 SW 30 Ave, Pembroke Park, FL  33009.

Statment retraction, Auction Direct, Jax. FL

AUTHOR: Louis - (U.S.A.)

Just want to inform readers that no intent of wrong doing was commited by Auction Direct afterall. After a sit down, I was satified that Auction Direct was acting in good faith.The only problem was, they didn't keep me informed in regards to what was going as far as fianancing and there were some confusion on ownership of title. I was able to turn in the vehicle and received an accepted sale price. Although my financing didn't go threw, I was satified with the outcome. No Rip off....Louis, Jax.FL
