I was at my ATM pulling out some cash. When I got back into my car, two white guys pulled up next to me in a white SUV (it looked like a Ford Explorer of Expedition with Texas License plates) and told me that they had some speakers they needed to get rid of.

I asked a couple questions and they pulled into a parking space to show them to me. The guy that was showing me everything was about 6'0" tall, blonde hair kind of a husky build (I don't remember what he said his name was) and the other guy who just sat in the truck was about 5'10" tall, dark hair, skinny and had a bunch of tattoos on his arms.

The guy talking told me that they worked for a home installation company and that the warehouse loaded them up with 4 too many speakers and they needed to unload them. If they had shown up to the work site, their boss would inspect the vehicle and if he saw the extra speakers, he would ship them back. He showed me a magazine that had the speakers in them with a price tag of $1,229.00 per speaker. He even showed me a "receipt" for the original 4 speakers.

He asked me what I would be willing to offer for them and I told him I couldn't give him anything near what they were worth. He tried bartering with me asking me if I had any shotguns, weed or even an ex-girlfriend that I would be willing to trade. I told him that I didn't (like I'm going to barter my shotgun with guys I don't know. Ex-girlfriend, maybe. J/K)

When I told him that all I could give him is $200 for 2 of them, he got upset and got back into his truck. when I got into my car, his buddy, "Adam" said that two of those speakers were his, and even though his buddy was mad, he would sell me his two speakers because they just needed to get rid of them. I gave him the $200 he gave me the speakers and they left.

I took the speakers home, hooked them up and they did work. So I got on the internet just to run a price check and when I typed 'Audiofile 583LR' into the google search, much to my amazement this web site was the first to come up. I have never bought anything like this before, and I will never do it again.

If someone reading this ever encounters these assholes, kick there a*s! Just make sure to give them a good kick in the face for me!!
