It appears that a man in San Diego California was arrested while in a confrontation with a speakers rip off artist. Although the victim called the police, he was arrested and the con man was let go(New York tags and in a bank parking lot).
The good thing is that the con artist will have to show up in court to testify. It is doubtful he will show up, but I will post the court date here in case that guy has ripped off some of you or your friends/relatives and decides to show. More details to follow.
