Audubon County Attorney refuses to crimmaly charge Tammra Waringia with neglecting to call for emergency response after she states she took something she felt was bad out of my baby granddaughters mouth and left children knowing meth was on doll house and floor. DHS interview Jane W asked Tammra if she worried about other children she left and tammy says when I was about 30-40 min away. No adult would leave this scene,she never awoke me ,never called police or ambulance; she just left. Audubon has charged me with 4 counts of child endangerment and dependent neglect and has sentenced me to 35 years ,harsh sentence when they know I did NOT leave my purse accessible to children and Maci did NOT get into my purse. The fact is that TW went in my purse and blamed it on the child to cover her tracks and left knowing the children were in harms way. The judge should of recused herself from my case but did not and now was appointed a seat in Iowa Supreme court. Scary knowing she has deliberately sentenced me to charges that I'm not even aware of how because its fraudulant and she biased and obviously seeking public approval for her political gaines... sick,its sick. My grandson in orphanage for over a year and I'm forbidden to have any contact; isolating him from family and love. Media attention so bad with false reporting that public opinion is based solely on false information. What about justice for these children that could of died, what about the truth,the facts and charging the individual who deliberately hurt so many children! Ashamed to be an American right now,just sick about small town coruption still in 2018
