This builder and their HOA are corrupt. They play favorites and do nothing to enforce HOA rules. We have neighbors who are constantly violating HOA rules, use others and have no respect. Every day, I watch the value of my home drop due to these obnoxious activities. I will not recommend Augustine Homes to anyone.
