I got two charges of USD211,53 from Travres Rescounter.com, a company I never did business with or kew of. This is compltely absurd. They must have fished my credit card number from some travel search website, Expedia or other. I could not find an address or website for Travres Rescounter.com but will notify Amex of this fraud.
