Aunt Bee's Cleaning Service Brenda Beware!!! Deceptive!! Louisville, Kentucky

Beware! I bought a groupon from this service and scheduled an appointment to have my home cleaned. On the day of scheduled service they no called, no showed. I tried calling them over and over with no answer. My husband finally called them 2 hours after they were suppossed to be there. They still did not answer but instead texted him saying that they were unavailable. I had a party scheduled for the next day and was stuck with no housekeeper. The owner was very rude and unapologetic when texting ( as she refused to call like any reputable business would ) and continued to claim that it was an "honest mistake". I offered to reschedule for the next morning and her response was "that's not going to happen". I called groupon and they refunded my money but I was still stuck in a bad situation. Do not use this service. There are terrible stories just like mine all over review sites about this company doing the same thing over and over. They are unreliable, dishonest, and very unprofessional. Absolutely not the type of business you want in your home.
