I went to a check cashing place in fremont california to take out a payda.y loan and the lady took my

social security number and other id and gave it to Aura Financial who then ran a hard credit check on all three credit agencies.  They claimed that I applied for a loan with Aura Financial llc, a big lie!

I only took out a payday loan and stated I dont want my credit report accessed.  I did not sign any loan

application either, or speak to anyone on a phone giving them permission to look at my credit reports.

This loan company operates  out of third world country where the people dont speak english.

The company lied on their secretary of state application for california.  I am going to sue them in federal court.  The fine for identity theft to make a phony loan is $30,000 plus $1,000 for accessing my credit report illegally.

They will learn their lesson the hard way.  Do not ever borrow money or do business with this scammer.

How you go from "I am going to sue them" in your original post to "I have never lost in federal court" and claim to have all these "victories" in subsequent posts. You really are very funny. I'm quite certain you have never lost in federal court- because you've never been in one. But please, prove me wrong in the only way you can: By providing the Court Docket Numbers. You won't, because you can't. Because you are a poser.

...just STFU, because you are just entertaining us now. We really aren't interested in your fantasy judgements in imaginary "federal" courts. You don't even understand that requesting a loan is going to automatically result in a credit check. You are just a joke.

A Total Moron Scammer

AUTHOR: Muneerah - (United States)

POSTED: Monday, August 23, 2021

First where are you getting this I have a girlfriend in another town garbage? You are a moron who thinks that they are above the law,  the laws of the State of California.

It is illegal to look at anyone's credit report without their written permission which Aura Financial does not have.  I am aware of the cost of filing lawsuits in both State and  Federal Courts here in California.

The last lawsuit the party I sued spent over $300,000 on court costs and their attorneys.  All Court Cases can be appealed by both but consider the fact that I do not need to pay a dime to a lawyer or any court costs to cost your company money and a big headache.  I have successfully filed appeals

in federal courts also.  I know the law far better then you do.  Most lawyers have to hire paralegals because they are unable to do the research themselves. For your information, identity theft has a huge fine which is mandatory so its not just the fine for illegally accessing my credit reports.

Making up fake loans is illegal and can cause you to loose your business license and any corporate license also. The FDIC is over lending companies.  The Check Cashing place was scared to death when I confronted them and agreed to immediately settle out of court when they realized how they screwed up with the wrong person.

I can take out a payday loan if I want, its not your business.  The Payday loan place cannot give my private information to a low class loan shark that preys on latinos who are poor.  I am not poor and I am not latino idiot.  I am now more inclined to file against you with the FDIC and in court for you illegal behavior, get ready.

"I have never lost a case, and no I will not give you the court numbers." And you have a beautiful girlfriend who lives in another town, no we can't see her picture or have her phone number. Seriously, how old are you that you think any of this is convincing? You took out a payday loan that you want to claim is not a loan. You think that you have the right to loan money without it showing up on your credit report.

You live in a fantasy world where you live off payday loans and keep winning in "federal" court. You have been very entertaining, but seriously. Nobody believes you. Because you are a joke.

Again Robert cannot read english

AUTHOR: Muneerah - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, July 03, 2020

Robert, you are a undeducated moron!  You ignored what I said.  I said that I took out a payday loan with a check cashing place, it was for 200. And you moron I am not living beyond my means.

Aura Financial was attempting to take out a consumer loan behind my back you idiot!

I did not take out a loan with them.  They do not own the check cashing company.  The Check Cashing Company took my threat very seriously and they settled out of Court with me.

Robert either you are some crazy psycho or you work for Aura.  And if you do, you are so stupid to think that I will not sue you in court.  Just watch, I will have the marshalls serve you soon.  I did not

forget about you, and the statute of limitations did not run out!  Average Lawsuits cost around $120K, after all is said and done.  I do not care if I loose, because I will appeal!  That will cost more!

And in the end I win because I dont have to pay a dime.  So think before you open your mouth, because you put your foot in your mouth.

I love law,  I love the Court system, and I love that the constitution states that I can sue and respresent myself!

I have not lost a case yet, and no I will not give you case numbers.

REBUTTAL

AUTHOR: Muneerah - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, July 03, 2020

I see the commenters just made up lies.  I did not apply for a loan with Aura Financial llc.  I took out what is called a Payday loan with the check cashing place which requires you to give your personal information.  The Check Cashing Place has already settled out of court with me.  They gave my information to Aura Financial who then accessed my credit report illegally. Aura Financial does not have my signature on any loan application.

I did not know who Aura Financial was until they accessed my credit reports.  I discovered in the investigation process that thousands of Check Cashing places are doing this, selling consumers personal information to scammers like Aura Financial LLC.  I am warning everyone to watch your credit report, and if you see some scammer on your credit report, take them to Court.

It will cost them thousands to defend themselves in Court.  They ran into someone who knows the law very well, and I am filing against them very soon.  They will pay dearly, far more then they would ever get from an illegal loan.  And by the way, I would not even think of applying for a loan when I dont have credit.  I choose not to have credit or owe money to anyone.

Typical Sub-Prime attitude

AUTHOR: Robert - (United States)

POSTED: Saturday, December 07, 2019

No one is allowed to take your personal information and try to open a loan behind your back.
- It wasn't behind your back. Regardless of what you think, a Payday loan IS a loan and you admit to taking one out.

They do not have one single document with my signature on it stating that I gave them persmission to look at my credit report.
- Sure they do, otherwise they would NOT have provided you with the loan

They will not only loose in court but the US government and the FBI will be investigating all their business practices.
- Sorry but the "US Government" and FBI has much better things to do with their limited resources than to deal with people complaining about taking out Payday loan.

I take people to federal court.
- Yea..sure you do. So just how many people have you taken to "Federal" Court?  Perhaps you can tell us the type of cases.  Perhaps you can tell us the case numbers and disposition.

I take out payday loans all the time with good companies and they never go into my credit report.
- This is your real issue. If you are taking out Payday loans "all the time", then you are living beyond your means and have a trashed credit report to prove it. Otherwise you wouldn't need these loans or you could use things such as a regular credit card to fill the gaps. Oh and don't give us any BS about how your credit issues aren't your fault. Nor try to say that you have excellent or even average credit, because people with excellent and average credit do not willingly take out high interest/high fee "Payday" loans.

By the way if you take them out all the time with "good companies" why didn't you stick with those other companies? Perhaps you hit your limit of Payday loans with them? Perhaps they no longer wanted to take a risk on you?

There is no reason to look at anyone's credit for a payday loan
- Well except for one...it IS a loan.  There is no guarantee that when they try and cash your payment that the money will be there.  So they want to know who they are dealing with.

Prove that I signed a loan document, you cannot forge my name either.
- Don't worry they have proof, and by your own admission here it isn't a forgery because again you wouldn't have gotten the loan without signing the documents.

Oh and no I do not work for this or any other financial company.

You Admitted You Signed a Loan Document

AUTHOR: Jim - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, December 06, 2019

In your own words:

I only took out a payday loan and stated I dont want my credit report accessed.  Loser.  Payday loan companies do not issue loans without a completed document from you confirming the loan.  The fact you didn't think it was a loan document is irrelevant, because of course, no one cares what you think.  No one needs to provide evidence of such because you admit to taking a loan.  That is sufficient evidence to not only put a hard inquiry on your report, but for them to review it for adequacy.  Your whole case falls apart on that admission.

Yes, a payday loan, is a loan, and seriously, nobody cares that you don't want your credit report accessed, or have people look at your credit report.  That's part of the process of taking out a loan; you implicitly gave the company that right to not only access your credit report, but to put that loan on your credit report.  If you didn't want all of these things happening to you, then you should not have taken out a loan.

And no, you can't sue in Federal, or any court for those reasons.  However, even if you tried, here is the truly funny part:  The best evidence for the defense is going to be your complaint here - you know, the part where you admit taking the loan, and this report cannot be removed from this site.  After that, case dismissed.  Bottom line, they have the right to put a hard credit on your report and also to review your credit report.  Perhaps I should send a copy of this report to the company for their defense?

Not opinion.  Fact.  And no, no one here works for this company....

No Robert, your business is controlled by the federal government, and you will be going to Jail soon

AUTHOR: Muneerah - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 03, 2019

The Federal Government makes the laws and rules for lenders, not lendify or anyone else.  No one is allowed to take your personal information and try to open a loan behind your back.  This moron Robert is wrong.  Signing up for a payday loan is not applying for a loan with another company.  What drug induced thinking is that?

They do not have one single document with my signature on it stating that I gave them persmission to look at my credit report.  Also the check cashing ceo settled with me because he knew that they screwed up.

Its illegal for  this company to be associated with check cashing companies to gain access to people's personal information to use fraudulently.  They will not only loose in court but the US government and the FBI will be investigating all their business practices.

We dont know what other states or check cashing agencies they are doing this at.  It needs to be investigated.  If you take out a payday loan in your state, check your credit report and  if you see Lendify or Aura Financial on your report, report it to law enforcement immediately.

These morons will find out that they are messing with the wrong person.  I dont threaten,  I take people to federal court.  Explain it to a judge.  The law is clear, you have to have my signature on a loan application and you have to give me a copy of that loan application.

I never heard the name Aura Financial until some idiot sent me a letter from a fake address claiming that I applied for a loan with them.  I take out payday loans all the time with good companies and they never go into my credit report.  the laws on payday loans are clear.

There is no reason to look at anyone's credit for a payday loan.  And Robert I suggest you get yourself an American lawyer who has experience in Federal Court because your headed for a big crash.

Prove that I signed a loan document, you cannot forge my name either.

It doesn't matter what you think, but a Payday loan IS a loan.

The Check Cashing place did not just hand over money without you signing somthing. It was those agreements that you signed that gave them the authorization to run the Credit Checks. What exactly did you think they were going to do with your SSN?  If you say you didn't want it run but still signed the agreement then it doesn't matter what you said.

I am going to sue them in federal court. The fine for identity theft to make a phony loan is $30,000 plus $1,000 for accessing my credit report illegally.
- Without going into detail as to why you are totally clueless on the entire process.  Just going to say that any suit you file will either get tossed out or you will lose.
