while on line a pop up add came up with Dr. Ozz supporting this add, so I thought it was lagit. It was for skin care,removal of wrinkles, and bags under the eyes. FREE SAMPLE ALL YOU PAY IS SHIPPING. So I ordered it for my wife for easter. shipping was 4.99. Well didnt get the package untill after easter, with two 1 ounce bottles, AURALUX, and vibrant skin care.WHen my bank statement came I was chareged twice for shipping 4.99, and 4.93 for twothat came in the same box and the same day. 87.53 and 85.98 for the two bottles. I NEVER PLACED AN ORDER TO BY ONLY FOR THE FREE SAMPLES
TRIED TO CALL AND NO ANSWER, WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 15 MIN. AND THEN A RECORDING CAME ON SAYING THEY HOLD MY TURN IN LINE AND CALL BACK WHEN THE NEXT REP WAS AVAILABLE. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK DID THIS THREE TIME AND GAVE UP.
