Ordered a free trial that cost me $10.94. I sent an email to cancel. Then in May I was charged 89.95 and 92.53. Thought since I had sent the email that it would be cancelled.  Then in June I was again charged $89.95 and 92.53. Again I sent an email. Then in July I was again charged 89.95 and 92.53.  I called and the person on the phone kept telling me to try using the product differently and try to keep me from canceling. I kept telling her to cancel my order that the product made my face breakout , but she kept insisting that I should use the product and that she would send me some other product to use. I continually said no, absolutely not!  Finally she said that she would cancel my order. Told her that I had sent the pruct back unopened and what was left of the trial order. I was told thst there would be no refund because I did not cancel my order before the 14 day trial was up. Told her that I had sent an email that I did not like the product and that I wanted my money back . i said I did in n email, but she said that I would not receive any refund, because I had not canceled in the 14 day time trial. So they got their unopened product back and I do not get my money back.
