If you think about applying to work at Aurecon, you better think twice. You will have an interview and be told you are well qualified and that you impressed the interviewer.  Think twice, because when they give you a job offer, they take it
back days later back because they claim you lied on your resume.  When Aurecon idiot recruiters Jessica Struthers and James Marsh were questioned about the lies on a resume, they said it was none of the candidate's business. Based on their information, they are the Ki-Weaklings who do not believe in the U.S. Constitution or other form of a progressive government.

 Unfortunately, they would lie to their own mothers and kill her if they needed money. This is foolish because the alleged reason they are doing this is simply that they wish to pay wages as low as possible. To Aurecon, live your ideas means to be made to feel as inferior as possible by your fellow Aurecon co-workers. Is this the learning organization you had in mind? Of course not! Based on this encounter, it's a very bad company!

Yes, folks, Aurecon recruiters Jessica Struthers & James Marsh are so dumb they do not know how to evaluate engineering candidates at all. According to these Aurecon idiots, engineers based in an area like non-seismic Texas know much more about earthquakes than engineers in seismically active California. This makes people laugh out loud about their stupidity!   They never even bothered to check the references of people who evaluated the design candidate's work in seismically active California. Based on these incidents, it makes me wonder whether they would hire a child molester as a babysitter!

Jessica Struthers really doesn't know what to hire in an engineer because she has hopped from job to job and has no experience in identifying a good engineer. James Marsh studied agriculture in college based on our encounters, he's quite fruit loopy and stupid and knows nothing about hiring engineers as well. This is definite proof that Aurecon is run by actual non-American idiots. Based on our encounters, they value people who are dumber than they are and they are great at wasting a candidate's time. If this is how they treat potential
employees, I would hate to see how they treat their clients!

Is this what CEO Paul Hardy had in mind when he coined the company slogan of fostering human achievement?
It's quite laughable especially when his office is responsible for the seismic risk assessments of various structures in the country of New Zealand. Does Aurecon really want to save their clients money by doing their work as efficiently as possible or do they want to exploit the Christchurch rebuild and the New Zealand seismic risk assessments? This can be done by hiring inexperienced engineers who have the potential to ring up those hours as close to the billable rate as possible. You can decide for yourselves, but we think they do not care about the people of Christchurch.
