Aurora Loan Services Run Arounds and Skoundrals Phoenix Arizona

I worked diligently getting this home loan out of foreclosure only to have a certified check sit in a PO BOX for over 4 weeks without being told that the Phoneix, AZ location has been closed. I was never given an alternative address in which to forward my cashier's check and now am having a terrible time trying to retrieve the one that has been sitting in a PO BOX unclaimed.

Mind you I have never been contacted that my payment wasnt received but did get a very nice DEMAND letter stating I now owe over $5,000 than what was originally stated?

If they are going to close up shop shouldnt the payments be forwarded to another location at least? I cant believe I am the only one honored enough to have this farce as a mortgage company in the Phoenix area. Is anyone else having this problem?

Needless to say, I am once again running around to beat the clock if you will to keep that sign out of my yard between the bank the post office and oh yes a new address that I can forward the new check to. Aurora is not very forthcoming with pertinent information that just may save my home but have a bulldog of an attorney willing to harrass and rip my house out from underneath us. Who sends 26 certified letters all saying the same thing? It is ridiculous.

Please, if anyone has any information I would really love to hear it.
