Austin Diversified Products/ Advange the Wonder Cleaner, is the worst company anyone can work for. This company strive success but all they care about is making money! The way that this company treat the employers is outrageous! The company have a 30 day policy where if you want to go home after your 30 days is up! That they will send you home, LIE!!!! This company have sent employees to the bus station without their clothes and even have left some stranded without away to get home. We have curfew check at 12 and 1am when we are in our beds!
We work 7 days a week from 9am to sometimes 1am at night! We get in late and we don't get enough sleep because we have to be at meetings every morning at 8am and 10pm at night. This company make us work when it is pouring down raining and in the snow, let me remind you that this is a door to door Sales job. The owners for this company talk to you in a unprofessional way, for example if you don't make sales they use profanity towards the employees. This company do not give you the money you have earned from your hard work, they hold it!
This company don't have no respect or dignity to their fellow employers! This company make the employees go door to door and have us say that 50% go towards our schooling or the Americas Youth Program! Lie!!!! we don't get anything towards schooling or the America Youth don't either! The company hire drug dealers that sells some of the employees drugs and they hire alcoholics to. They don't conduct criminal background checks or do drug test!
This company allows guys to beat on females and still keep them in the company! so ask yourself is this a company that you want to work for??? You get no respect, no dignity, they make you feel less of a person that you really are, they send you to bus station's without any of your hard earn money and they just leave you stranded, and this company don't care about you as a person rather you are a hardworker, you go to the meetings on time, you never miss a meeting, and you be at the vans on time! This is the worst company you can work for!

I used to work for this company also. I didnt have a experience like the person above had. I worked with this company for about two years. The work is demanding but however there are some advantages such as the bonuses, traveling the country, and you can move up in the company. You really can make alot of money out there, i did while i was there. I left because i had some family issues going on back at home. This company only downfall to me is that they should hire better managers and to do conduct more background check on the new workers. Other than that my experience was a good one, i traveled the country, meet new people, made alot of money, and learned the business of sales. I can say that this job is not for everyone, if you have tough skin, and can be away from home than you can and will succeed at this job. When i got hired they paid my way to their location i believe i went to Utah first. Like i said if you have tough skin and and can travel i say give it a shot, it worked for me.
