Authority Lending Derrick Jones Gives you false information and hope Chino, California

Derrick Jones- the owner has the nerve to give you false information and hope, basically string you along and keep telling you that he is working on getting problems solved but doing nothing. He knew exactly what words to say to keep us satisfied. He stated that  he was working on problems for two months without doing a thing. He told us time and time again that he was working on solving the problems so we qualified for a mortgage loan.  
Derrick is supposed to be the professional and be up front and honest with potential borrowers, NOT STRING THEM ALONG AND GIVE THEM FALSE HOPE.  A lender should know what the guidelines are for qualifications and express that to the borrowers which he did, but he also promised that he could fix all the problems to get us qualified. There are certain things that cannot be fixed and he should just be honest with a borrower. He even gave us advice, which we followed and it hurt our credit, not improve it as he stated.  I just don't understand WHY he would want to string people along- IS IS A JOKE? The most frustrating part was waiting for his call. He would PROMISE to call you at a particular time and date BUT NEVER did and when you tried to contact him he would never answer his cell # and was never at the office. He strung us along for two months until we finally talked to another lender and found out that his comments were fabricated. We just invested a lot of time and energy FOR NOTHING and lost the mortgage. We would have had other avenues to pursue if he would have been honest from the start.
Then I find out he has several (14) complaints with the Better Business Bureau and has been ordered to cease and resist. This says a lot about his morals and business ethics.
 NOT A COMPANY OR PERSON YOU CAN TRUST- JUST VERY CONVINCING!!!
