Authority Tax Services They took my money and rendered no services. I paid them $5600 for tax resolution. Refuse to refund money paid. Irvine California

I paid Authority Tax Service $5600.00 that was debited from my checking account in six payments. They received five payments of $950 and one payment of $850 to help me with a resolution to my back Federal Income Tax.

I provided them with the info they asked for twice. They didn't provide the services I paid them to perform. They were paid $5600.00 and I want them to refund my money.

They also suppose to stop any levies of wages.  My wife's wages were levied in July 2015 and my bank accounts were also levied. 

They were first contacted in April 2014 to seek a resolution to my income tax situation. I chose them from their listing in my local phone book yellow pages. When I am lucky enough to get a person by phone, I am told my case is now handled by a different person than I last spoke with regarding my case.

It is now August 2015 and there has been no resolution for my case with them regarding my federal income tax.

They have refused to refund me my money and continually ignore my letters and emails. 

Authority Tax Service is a rip off company and I would not reccommend them to anyone.
