Auto Check Experian AutoCheck denied my subscription but KEEPS my $ 50 subscription fee. Internet

I needed to check a Vin number, before you can do this you have to sign up with aucto check, they charged $ 49.99, when I wanted to got to my account to get a Vin report, this message comes:

Quote: You have been identified as a potential commercial user of the AutoCheck consumer vehicle history service.If you are a commercial concern (of any kind) we welcome you to contact us to get set up using our commercial AutoCheck service. End Quote.

Well, My account was not set up but charged, they refuse to refund the $ 49.99 saying there was a vin report made.            Not possible, you have to sign up and sign in - which I can't - to even get a Vin report.

Since I did not get a Vin report (but paid $ 49.99) I used the company Vinalert to get my Vin report for $ 10.-
