Auto Computer Exchange These people are crooks, took my money and sent me a ECM that looked like it had been removed from a junkyard and never replaced it. Thankgoodness I purchased the ECM through PayPal Davie, Florida

I purchased an ECM for my Lexus SC300, from this company on 02/22/11 through their website.  
 
They shipped the item overnight, which I paid a sum of $244.20;  $169.20 for the ECM, and $75.00 for the overnight shipping.
 
I did not receive the ECM they shipped overnight until 02/28/11, due to the fact that although it was scheduled to be shipped on 02/24/11 overnight per “Jim” in Internet Sales, it did not in fact get shipped until that Friday, 02/25/11 for a Monday 02/28/11 delivery. 
 
I had to pick the unit up at the airport because the shipping address ACE had on the package did not have the “unit#” at my address, so the UPS driver would not have been able to make the delivery, and I would’ve been delayed another day in receiving the ECM.
 
I took the unit to my mechanic, who is a Lexus mechanic, and upon installation, it did not work, and was not igniting, or sending a charge to my distributor to crank the engine, which is what an ECM does.

As a matter of fact, my mechanic told me the ECM looked like it was picked up at a junkyard with "fancy" tape on it.
 
I called and spoke with Jim in Sales on Tuesday, 03/01/11, and he told me that he would be sending another unit to me overnight. 

I called the morning of 03/03/11 around 4:30amHST, so that I could check status and was told by Jim that the replacement unit was being shipped out overnight on 03/03/11 for a 03/04/11 delivery. 
 
I never received an e-mail on the shipping, nor did I receive any contact from anyone in this company.
 
I returned this defective ECM, and told them they need not send me another, because I didn't want to get another defective ECM from these guys.

I paid these crooks through my PayPal account so I am getting them involved to see if I can recoup some of my money.  These people are liars and criminals, don't do any business with these people, they don't Q.C anything but lie and tell you that they check all of ther products.  

These people are bad news and I don't know why in the world they are not being investigated for criminal activity.
