On May 31, 2004 I purchased a 2003 Toyota ECHO with automatic power windows and door locks. The vehicle delivered to me on June 1, 2004 lacked the automatic power features that were agreed upon at the time of purchase. I have attempted on numerous occasions to arrive at an amicable solution with the dealership but to no avail.
However, on August 24, 2004 after numerous phone calls, I spoke to a General Manager who made an offer to settle at $500.00. This offer was unacceptable since I paid approximately $1,500.00 for these features. I have further contacted Toyota Headquarters in Turrance, California, to date this issue remains unresolved.

Who stole the power windows

Maybe the whole story isn't here. The power options were stated in your contract weren't they and that is what you paid for? But the big question is why did you take delivery of a car your didn't order or want?
