Auto Loan Finders/ Hal Ross Hal Ross and Stacy the manager over the mechanic shop. hurt lied not trust worthy decievers,not professional take things personal Marietta Georgia

I Dania Robinson had the worst experience ever with Auto Loan Finders the owner Hal Ross literally took my car from me due to my significant other and him getting into a disagreement. I was having issues with my transmission Hal spoke to me and said that "Once he gets the car check out that he would give me two options which was to keep or return the car" and I told him that" I wanted my car", But once Hal Ross had gotten the car back he told me because of my partner that he did not want to do business with me .So he and Stacy as his witness took my car from me with no warning which violates my contract and he also kept my deposite all of except $227.00 out of 1048.00. can we sue him and file a class action lawsuit.
