They sold me a used BMW after telling me it was previously owned by one of their mechanics and that it was in perfect condition, serviced regularly et c.   3 days after purchase the car wouldn't start--their response was you can still get the extended warranty. It seemed shady to me to do this which i said and they said it was done all the time and to They told me to bring it and they would confirm the warranty would cover it and have the contract ready.  I arrived and they confirmed it and told me I had to wait 30 days though before i could take it in for service.  During that time it had one problem after anoter and, they gave me access to a free rental car for at least half the time.  I grew more frustrated and their district manager spoke with me and assured me it would be taken care of but when the problems continued I asked to be let out of the purchase and he said he would look into it.  On the 31st day, I took the car to BMW and was told that the necessaary repairs would exceed the value of the car and the warranty that I was paying $300 per month for would only cover a fraction of them.  I contacted Power Volvo and was told by Dave the district manager to bring it in to be looked at and pick up a rental car.  I again said I wanted out of the purchase and he said he would work on it.  He stalled and drug it out for another month and then had the sales manager call and tell me that basically they had done all they could and I was on my own.  

I was furious but it was clear they had been giving me the runaround since the beginning and sold me the warranty knowing it wouldn't even cover half of the necessary repairs.  They are not a reputable dealership as I had assumed.  They are anything but and I would caution anyone dealing with them or Auto Nation to go anywhere but here.
