Purchased a used truck from Auto Nation in May 2017. The guy doing my financing asked if I wanted GAP insurance I said NO. He started handing my about 20 papers to sign starting with the interest rate. Taking my focus off of the GAP insurance and tire and wheel insurance. When I got home an hour later I saw the GAP insurance and the tire and wheel insurance that he never even asked about. At the bottom of the GAP insurance is BIG LETTERS stating this contract has no cool off period and cannot be cancled. I called and e mailed the dealer. They said they would look into this and tell the manager. NO WORD BAVCK. I WILL BE TAKING AUTONATION TO COURT.

Beat up in high school

To the p**** that responded to my report. You are the guy that got his a*s kicked in high school for being a smart a**. I would kick your a** if met you. Yes I can Read and when you are told what you are signing by the dealer and see 14+ pages and the guy is purpously getting your attention away from what the paper is to sign and TELLING YOU IT IS SOMTHING OTHER THAN WHAT IT IS they can get you EVEN YOU, YOU SMARTA**.   Nothing I signed had written any where near the signature page that I was signing for GAP. This was 4 pages back and quickly sifted through by the dealer. This is probably done on purpose. I did call and write the manager you retard. You would know this if you read my report. As I stated: they said they would look into it.

Why don't you go to the dealership and ask the general manager this

AUTHOR: Auto dealer fraud Investigator - (USA)

Why don't you go to the dealership and ask the general manager to remove the charges show them the report that you posted and see if they're willing to make that right by removing those charges and write you a check for something you did not want. So many people go to a car dealership to buy a car and they don't read what they're signing when you read something you have an opportunity to say yes or no but not picking up an Inca pan and signing it. If you do not read it and you sign it you are agreeing to whatever they want to do ,I guess it's work to read something before you sign it .People need to wake up you went to school to learn how to read and understand what you're getting ready to agree to and if you do not want to spend the time reading the contract before you pick up an ink pen you're asking to get screwed if you actually did get screwed I don't know
