AUTO ONE ACCEPTANCE, without a doubt. practices the most horrendous collection techniques around. Their employees have the "God Syndrome", and unless you buckle to their harrassment and verbal threats, then God help you!

A voice mail message was left stating "I would suffer" if I didn't call ALLYSON the Arcaida location back by 5pm today.

Having been in collections with the same lawfirm for the past 15 years (Auto One Accptance is one of our clients!) I can hardly wait to inform MS. ALLYSON she is in for a rude awakening. I'll put my xhusb in a CHAPTER 13 Bankruptcy (the payback plan), keep their collateral, and it automatically estoppes their collection efforts on me as a signor on the account due to the CHAPTER 13 and we'll take an additional 5 years on the bankruptcy plan to pay it out. If nothing else, after my xhusb runs the wheels off the van, I'll dismiss the CHAPTER 13 BANKRUPTCY and AUTO ONE ACCEPTANCE will be out of luck.

DON'T EVER DO BUSUINESS WITH AUTO ONE ACCEPTANCE CORP!!!!!!!
