Auto-Owners doubled my worker's comp insurance and then when I submitted a new audit, instead of lowering my rates since my payroll was lowered drastically, they upped it another $460! They now say they never received a new audit even though I have proof they received it. They are asking me to pay over $3900! Everytime someone calls I tell them to prove that I owe it, and they cannot. They coninue to ask me for another audit no matter how many times I have sent tit in to them. They are scammers and are out to take your money!
