Bought a used car "Nissan Sentra" year 2008 with Auto Palace dealer was a big mistake for me. Price shown on the advertising was only $10,900 and low mile less attractive me to get in trap.

The high-pressure purchase, rush to close the deal from salesperson (Mr. Junior) process have been affected to my consideration to the deal. They told me to give down payment before going to the finance room. Big mistake by trust them easily gave cash 5,000 in their hand. After went alone in the room with two guys introduced them self one was Supervisor and another one was finance authorize (Mr. Jason) made me felt not comfortable with all the paper works. I was tried to get all information but please understand I'm not English native speaking, not strong with English communication. It was very huge mistake that I had been done on that day I purchased (2/9/09) to this dealer.

Just only one night that I took the car home and after try to reviewed the contract again and find out all real data's OH! My god!! It made me realize the price after finance this car will become more than 18,000 and the interest so high more than I suppose to get because I got high credit score (715). Not enough, they made me believed about onetime payment fee for the first time loaner by said "Everyone has to pay it and it will show with the next time you loan. It will show on your social security". Also, gap insurance and warranty all include with the deal but did not show on the actual language at all.

I returned the car on next day (2/10/09) and try to negotiate with them. In the room, they made me believed by telling me sort of number of insurance policies which could not take it out from the car mirrors. If they were doing business right, then they should be honor by giving me the actual language of all the policies to me right away since I was returned the car and I had the right to keep all the policy and paper work copies, but they did not give me any.

Therefore, they put refund amount only $2,262.50. It is an unfair refund amount because I took a car only one night but they have deducted more than half of my down payment without any provable receipt or any paper to show the deduction amount with reasonable price.

For the matter of fact, I should get all refund in full amount $ 5,000 not only amount that said by them. Moreover, they have no right to hold my money for long time or neglected by not contact me.

Since I returned a car, I have really had a hard time to contact them even I asked to speak with the Manager (Ms.Jennifer) Not only no responding back in time from them but when I went to Auto Palace office, all of them made me wait for hours, no matter I made appointment and finally I did not get all of what they confirmed me to come and pick up.

I try to get my rest money$ 2,737.50 back by fax 3 letters to Ms. Jennifer (Auto Palace manager), report to the consumer affair, TV channel and if necessary I will step forward to small claim court.

All processes are taking long times and not done easily. I make a wish hopefully Auto Palace will return the rest money back to me fast and quick.

Up till now, I need help from everyone who has experiences, attorney at law if you can help my case don't be hesitate to tell into the public and also warning who want to buy a car from this dealer. PLEASE DO NOT buy from them because Auto Palace is an organize car dealer scam.
