Auto Palace Sales Specialist Junior Beware AutoPalace #1 scamers in the auto business: Wont return back deposit!!! Woodside New York

I went to Auto Palace on March 9,2009. I met Junior the auto sales specialist that offered to him me purchase my First car. I was told this Vehicle Infiniti FX 35 year 2007 would cost me $27,500 and the payments would be about $500 monthly. I did not get a loan approved yet but they wanted a deposit of $3000 and I told Junior that I only have 1,200 in my credit card right now. I used my Card from Bank of America and I was told by the lady to punch in my pin # which I did. At that moment I told her I want this transaction to be done as credit not as debit. I told her to start again as credit and She did not listen to me and the transaction was done as Debit. When My father goes to Auto Palace on my behave on March 11,2009, he was told that they are still working and trying to get me a loan but most likely the payment would be $756 per months that interpret to 756 x 72 month= $54,432 for a car that is NOT WORTH pass 27,500. My father felt threatened by Junior and his sales Manager. In addition, Junior said to me that My deposit is fully refundable, He would only go to 3 major Banks to get me a loan if not I get my money back. Well he went to more then 5 banks which can damage my credit score which it did.

I really want my deposit back of 1,200 dollars. Due to this problem these few days has become so stressful and a living hell knowing how the economic situation is how can people be so EVIL? In the State of NEW YORK Anyone can cancel any contract within the 3 days period or 72 hours. At this moment, I have proof that I did use that period of time and I gave my complaint to an Attorney General of New York city. The craziest thing is that the contract Auto Palace gave me is subject to primary lenders Approval. I did not get Approved for any loan therefore GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AUTO PALACE THE # 1 SCAMERS IN THE AUTO BUSINESS OF NEW YORK CITY QUEENS.
