AUTOMOTIX.NET - AUTOMOTIX LLC - AUTOMOTIX.COM FRAUD ALERT!! Sending EMPTY Boxes READ REPORT!! Pakistani Pakistan

I want to share with you what I experienced with this AUTOMOTIX.NET monster company:
I have perches rear reinforcement for my car Infinity FX 45 2007, I paid in FULL and was waiting for the shipment trucking number from this guys, however 2 weeks later I realize that I need to gave them little boost and call to costumer service which I ask located in PAKISTAN.

Costumer service representative Mohammed indicate that part is shipped and even provide me with the tracking number ( I was surprised ) 4 days later FEDEX knock in my door that I have delivery BIG box but very light. I took the box and open and what I saw is shock me THE BOX WAS FULL OF PAPER AND NO PART WAS THERE..

I called to Automotix.net and spoke with the Supervisor Manager by the name KARMELLA (888)251-1209 exit 674 and notify about this incident, she instruct me to take pictures of the box and emailed to her all the pictures, week later I called and she told me she didn't received pictures, now let play the game. I was sending to her pictures every day for 5 days after I called I was on the phone with her, how she play its needs to be seen.

Finally she admit that she receive pictures of the empty box ( why she need them ? ) and I was told that I will receive refund within 7 days, 7 days now 3 moths, I will file charge back dispute with my credit card and I want other people to know what they did..

I think They defrauding FEDEX they sending you empty box using INSURED FEDEX service then you getting that empty box and calling them, they asking for the pictures of the box, and opening up INSURANCE claim with FEDEX, you getting nothing they getting amount of the INSURED. Not bad ..ha ?

I will report this company to the FB, and I also I will be contacting Fedex Loss prevention department.
Bottom line AVOID MONSTER, don't get scammed like I did. Better pay more but you will get what you paid //
